At 12:42 a.m., a man leaving the Holiday gas station on 3rd Avenue East told a clerk to have a nice birthday and she said that “creeped her out” because her daughter is having a birthday party this weekend. She had never met the man before. An officer patrolled the area but didn’t find the man. He was bald, with facial hair and wearing a black jacket.
A resident on Curt Felt Drive reported that someone turned off his outdoor hot tub over the weekend and it is now frozen.
