Be careful if you're out driving today and tomorrow morning. More than a half-foot of snow is being reported in some parts of Douglas County, with more accumulations expected today and tonight. The area remains under a winter storm warning until 7 a.m. Wednesday. Up to a foot of accumulation is possible.

A few snow-related accidents have been reported in the area, including a semi that slipped off Highway 27 West and went down into the ditch near the Pilot truck stop in Alexandria.
