Ashby picks up fourth straight win

The Ashby boys’ basketball was able to find enough scoring Friday to pull away from Hancock for a 68-61 victory.

Head coach Jeremy Knick said the team was not on its top game but played well enough to pick up a fourth-consecutive victory.

“It was good to come away with a win tonight,” he said. “We struggled defensively tonight, especially rebounding the ball.”

Blake Ohren had a big game offensively, scoring 25 points and grabbing 10 rebounds. Morgan Wing also scored 18 points for the Arrows.

Ashby now owns a 4-4 overall record this season.
