TOGETHER WITH an easement over the following describe part of Government Lot 2 and Government Lot 4, Section 33, Township 128, Range 38 and more completely described as follows, to-wit: To find the point of beginning commence at an iron monument which marks the Center of said Section 33; thence North 01°15' West, 275.6 feet to the center line of State Highway No. 27 as now used and traveled over, thence South 86°26' West along the center line 1052.3 feet; thence South 01°39' East a distance of 185.1 feet to the point of beginning; thence from the point of beginning South 01°39' West a distance of 50 feet; thence in an Easterly direction a distance of 80 feet parallel to the Southerly line of that parcel hereinbefore described; thence North 01°39' West, a distance of 50 feet to the southerly boundary of the property hereinbefore described; thence along the Southerly boundary of the property hereinbefore described a distance of 80 feet more or less to the point of beginning, said easement to be sued for ingress and egress of the parties of the second part.

That prior to the commencement of this mortgage foreclosure proceeding Mortgagee/Assignee of Mortgagee complied with all notice requirements as required by statute; That no action or proceeding has been instituted at law or otherwise to recover the debt secured by said mortgage, or any part thereof;

PURSUANT to the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the above described property will be sold by the Sheriff of said county as follows:
