Notice of Public Hearing
Pursuant to Section 10.23 of the Alexandria City Code, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on September 17, 2018 at 7:00 pm in the Alexandria City Hall to consider the Conditional Use application of Tesla, Inc. The applicant is requesting authorization to the installation of eight (8) Tesla Supercharger posts, two (2) ChargePoint dual port connectors, an ALP-provided 750 kVa transformer, switchgear, four (4) Tesla Supercharger Cabinets, electric meters, and a stepdown transformer at the Alexandria Target store in a B-1 "General Business" zoning district. The property is located at 4404 State Hwy 29 S (the Target store parking area) and is legally described as: ""Seabird Addn", Lots 1 & 2 Blk 1 Ex S'ly 1.94 AC of Lot 2; N 445.86' of Vacated Alled; & Irreg 2.38 AC Tract of the NE4SE4 Lying W & N'ly of Seabird Addition, AC 7.75, Section 36, Township 128, Range 38, Douglas County, Minnesota."
