New physician joins Alexandria Clinic
Dr. Timothy Busian joined the family medicine practice at Alexandria Clinic in August and said that Alexandria is the ideal-sized community for being able to truly know his patients.
“I look forward to knowing my patients, not only as their doctor but as a fellow member of the community,” he said.
Originally from Morris, Busian adds a specialty in osteopathy to the practice. He prefers treating a patient through all stages of life. “I really value the continuity of care and the relationship you can develop when you partner on care over a lifetime,” he said.
Family medicine is rewarding for him because it demands a wide range of knowledge and offers constant variety.
Busian graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in June 2011. He finished his residency in family medicine at Rochester’s Mayo Clinic just before joining Alexandria Clinic.
He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and an American Heart Association Life Saver Award recipient.
