• Natalie Goodwin recently graduated from Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Wadena with a degree in massage therapy. As a certified massage therapist, Goodwin has joined the staff at Living Tree Massage/Bodywork in Alexandria, which is owned by Michelle Lehn. She will operate under the name, Massage by Natalie. Goodwin offers therapeutic and relaxation massage, along with aloe body wraps. She believes that "massages are not a luxury, but a necessity." She is continuing her education and completing requirements to attain her National Board Certification. Goodwin, a lifelong resident of Douglas County, is married and has three children. • Mark Anderson, president and CEO of Knute Nelson was named chairman of the LeadingAge Minnesota board of directors. LeadingAge Minnesota is the state's largest association of organizations serving older adults. Its 1,100 members and the 50,000 caregivers they employ provide quality services and supports to 70,000 older adults every day in independent senior housing, assisted living communities, in-home care, adult day services and skilled nursing facilities. Andersons steps into his role as board chairman as LeadingAge Minnesota celebrates its 50th anniversary. "One of my greatest priorities is to ensure that LeadingAge Minnesota members have the tools and resources they need to fulfill their missions and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve," Anderson said.
