Sheboygan Sausage makes the major leagues

Joining the ranks of Food Network dishes and baseball classics, Sheboygan Brats and Sausage will now be sold at Target Field in Minneapolis.

This savory and juicy sausage first originated in Sheboygan, Wisconsin but now headquarters in Alexandria at the American Food Group.

Traditionally, a Sheboygan sausage is eaten with brown mustard, dill pickle slices, ketchup and raw onions, though some opt for relish or sauerkraut.

The sausages offered at Target Field include Italian, Polish, bratwurst and cheddar bratwurst sausage and are available on portable grills located throughout the concourse.
